By using the Fiona Luing Jewellery web-site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, then please do not use this web-site.

We accept online Credit and Debit card payments via Shopify Payments secure servers.

Alternatively, if you do not wish to order over the internet, we can accept payment by cheque.  You can post us a cheque with details of the items you would like to buy. It is advisable to drop us an e-mail in advance to make sure the item you are ordering is still in stock. Your item will be posted to you once your cheque has cleared.

Fiona Luing Jewellery is not VAT registered at this time.

For items purchased within the United Kingdom, we offer two postage and packing options.  

Recorded Delivery is available for £3.00 on cart totals up to £50.00. This option is not insured, and we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels sent by this method.

Insured Special Delivery is available for £6.50 on cart totals up to £50.00.  Orders over £50 are eligible for free Special Delivery.


Items purchased outwith the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland will be subject to an International delivery charge. Items purchased from our site for delivery outside the UK and Northern Ireland may be subject to taxes and import duties once they reach their delivery destination. Sole responsibility lies with the customer to pay these charges.

We will endeavour to post your items within 5 days, often much sooner!

We hope that you will be thrilled with your jewellery. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know.

Exchanges and returns can be made within 14 days of receipt of goods for UK sales (24 days for overseas sales). Please contact us with the product title and invoice number, should you decide to return an item. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Please obtain a proof of posting for any returned items, as these are the customers responsibility until we receive them. We are not liable for postage, shipping or taxes on any returned goods. We cannot be held responsible for any returned items that are damaged or lost in the post.

Once we have received the returned item in its original condition, a refund will be organised.
If an item is faulty, please return it for an exchange, and we will reimburse you for the postage.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If your items have already been dispatched, you should return them as per our returns policy.

Personal Data
We shall never pass on your email address or personal information to anyone. Any information collected about you shall only be used to process your order. This information will be held securely.

Your credit/debit card details are processed directly though Shopify Payments, and are not held by us at any stage.

The cart uses a Cookie system, which allows us to identify your cart contents.

Should you join our mailing list, we shall only hold your e-mail address. You will be given the option to opt out at the bottom of each newsletter.
